To high-octane applause and shouts of joy, Steve Scalise returned to Congress today where near the beginning of his remarks he noted that prayer can’t be underestimated, that he prayed after shot when he couldn’t move anymore then peace came over him, calm to help keep him alive, and thereafter more prayers, most of which Scalise said today were answered as time progressed.
