Under Obama Care, few benefit plans need be offered by insurance companies having few competitors in many states, but by proper healthcare reform from Congress and president Trump, those insurance companies would have to really hustle to tailor many plans to offer for the needs of the buyers in all the states in which each company would choose to do business.
