Rush Limbaugh was having great fun today with that the North Koreans, through backchannels, are seeking-out high level Republicans to explain how Trump thinks, to find out why he says what he says, yet of course nobody knows for sure how far down the road Trump is strategizing with his seemingly odd statements by tweet and proclamation, and one caller into Rush’s show today saying Trump probably has the basic strategy for his tweets and other statements planned-out weeks in advance.
