The Antichrist will preside over the “revived Roman empire” after Rome was the dominant power which presided over the killing of Jesus (who resurrected three days later), but the concept to worship humans such as a caesar began when Nimrod, two thousand years before dominant Rome, led all the people to rebel against Elohim by building the Tower of Babel, the idea for that kind of rebellion instigated by Satan in the Garden of Eden almost two thousand years before Babel.
