He’s a sneaky little twit, John McCain announced his no vote on the Graham-Cassidy bill before the big debate Monday night on CNN, so that if the public response were to be overwhelmingly positive for the bill, McCain would just say that he had already decided, on principle, such an expert on that he is, right?
