Jimmy Kimmel shouldn’t waste his emotional pleas based on a lie, that the Republicans’ Graham-Cassidy healthcare plan does not cover pre-existing conditions, when the reality is that the states will take the federal block-grant money to utilize as those states individually see fit, so the pre-existing conditions are covered, in some manner, unless it’s a state like New York or California with huge bureaucracies to pay!
