If there’s any doubt about who is in charge in the White House, that president Trump called Lil Kim Rocket Man during his speech to the United Nations General Assembly should end that doubt, unless you want to believe Tillerson, Kelley, Haley, and McMaster said “great idea,” leaving of course Mad Dog Mattis who may have given it a thumbs up.
