Aside from the fact that inordinate heating of the ocean’s surface (only by solar flares) causes more clouds by evaporation which cool, do you think that thousand degree F. water along the rift zones and volcanoes of the ocean floor would have more effect on the temperature of the ocean and thereby its surface temperatures?
