A good theory for president Trump’s backing establishment Republican candidate Luther Strange is that some big Republican donors have threatened to cut off funding for Trump’s reelection if he would back Roy Moore, Tea Party guy, but if Moore wins, and in 2018 Tarkanian in Nevada too, along with Kelli Ward in Arizona, Trump will have no excuse to not try to enact his agenda having won his presidency.
