The Founding Fathers would like the healthcare bill proposed by senators Cassidy, Graham, Heller, and Johnson, that healthcare is not a right guaranteed by the Constitution so the individual states should deal with the issue as they see fit, funded by block grants from the federal government, each state to receive per citizen the same amount of money annually. So such as California and New York can go with a single payer system if they want, and Bernie can make his dream come true in Vermont, but don’t be shocked that those who can, such as Bernie, would go out of state for their healthcare!
