Bearing-out that the “Tartessians” of southwestern Spain were progeny of the navigators from the ice age kingdom of Tarsus (of Japheth’s grandson Tarshish see Genesis 10) at the far northeastern corner of the Mediterranean) is that what now is named the Odiel river was anciently called the Luxia, meaning white, bright, or shining, of the same etymology as the greek word leukos, and the Lixus or Loukkos river of Morocco, where are ancient “cyclopean” walls built by heroic age Greeks circa 1200 b. c.
