Have you noticed that Venezuelans and Colombians, often well-educated, make some of the best immigrant U. S. citizens? Venezuela has seen relative prosperity, decades ago when but the oil industry was state run too, when fine education was put in place, the people prospered compared to the fare in Venezuela today, and many Colombians have seen the prosperity brought by open markets and the free flow of capital, ongoing today, so immigrants from those two countries are often good bets to savor and appreciate their U. S. citizenship, as we pray for Venezuela in tatters.
