Showing Flatness of Texas Coastal Plain & Magnitude of Hurricane Harvey’s Rainfall Brazos & Colorado Rivers Joined

At the peak of their flows during hurricane Harvey, a portion of the Brazos river was joined to a portion of the Colorado river by floodwater, such rainfall and such flat land that two large river drainage basins were merged for a short time.
