Having lost in 2008 to Obama and in 2016 to Trump, befuddled Hillary Clinton is trying to rehabilitate her shattered image by her book tour and other speaking engagements, so would she dare use the campaign slogan The Third Time’s the Charm should she run again in 2020? Probably not, it more likely would be something like Hell Yes Hillary.
