In having proclaimed today (Sunday) the National Day of Prayer, president Trump has not only done the right thing, he has wonderfully tweaked the enemies of the Constitution who haven’t yet griped that it’s “violation of the separation of church and state” which though does not appear in the Constitution, but did in the old Soviet constitution, so perhaps they will hold their peace.
