Apparently Michael Moore thinks president Trump is doing well enough to win reelection by again taking Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, so Moore is trying to convince states to violate the Constitution to bestow their electoral votes rather on the winner of the national popular vote, which Moore thinks the Democrat presidential candidate would win (with the help of millions of illegal votes).
