It’s hard to believe that 96% of the electricity in flood-ravaged Houston is up-and-running, after half a million accounts were without electricity two days ago, now less than a hundred thousand yet to be served because some power stations are underwater, so it appears that CenterPoint is on top of their game, the infrastructure in Houston now of great concern, roads and bridges damaged.
