When the rioters were out of control in Phoenix last night, pepper balls were begun shot by the police to the front of the crowd to disperse them, and when a rioter kicked away one of the smoking balls in the street, it was followed by a pepper ball shot which hit him in the groin. He’s ok, staggered off to the side with help from his fellow rioters, videotaped by the CBS affiliate in Phoenix.
