If the Pakistani military would actually turn fully against the islamic terrorists in their country, with the threat of the MOAB bomb by the U. S. military in Afghanistan, the terrorists could no longer congregate rather scatter into small groups which the mobile U. S. military units would takeout, followed ideally by the locals shunning and even fighting any terrorists who return.
