Trump can certainly blame the Senate for his legislative woes, so no one will blame him to be patient that such as Jeff Flake will go down in the Republican senate primary in 2018, plus perhaps six Senate seats now held by Democrats of eight up for reelection to go Republican in districts where Trump won in 2016, so by the president’s reelection time in 2020, maybe his Senate woes will be greatly lessened.
