Out of nowhere comes judge Roy Moore to secure a solid second place in the Republican senatorial primary polling to Luther Strange, Mo Brooks now a distant third, so presuming a great majority of Brooks’ backers would vote in the runoff for Trump-supporter Roy Moore over establishment-type Luther Strange, the Tea Party will have another senator to join Mike Lee and Ted Cruz for solid Constitutional legislation.
