Considering the fact that Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan are purposefully impeding president Trump’s agenda which is nationalistic rather than globalistic, those two obstructionists must be relieved of their duties as leaders in the Congress (the Senate and House), because otherwise the Democrats and the other globalists will have succeeded in greatly reducing the effectiveness of Trump’s presidency.
