Special counsel Robert Mueller would be investigating the misuse of surveillance by the intelligence agencies against U. S. citizens if he hadn’t been part of it, for instance having overseen the politically motivated travesty against James Rosen of Fox News, so another special counsel is needed, one to look into Democrat malfeasance while Mueller would continue chasing-the-wind.
