Christians in the U. S. are challenging the legitimacy of science textbooks in the public schools which treat darwinism as fact, a legitimate challenge because over half the population believes biblical history over darwinism, with many reasons to believe the historicity of the Word yet predictably censored. The founding documents of the United States speak of certain inalienable rights bestowed upon us by the Creator, those rights not to be infringed by government, so aside for the overwhelming evidence for the biblical account in archaeology, biology, linguistics, geology, hydrology, and astronomy, how would the supposed fact of darwinism that swamp-goo-morphed-into-you comport in the least with the Creator having bestowed inalienable rights upon the human kind (syngameon)?
