Political pundits are fond of saying that everybody knows that foreign diplomats are spies by another name, eyes-and-ears on the ground if nothing else, so did the political pundits and congresspersons ever suspect that Russia would boot-out 755 U. S. diplomats for the sanctions recently passed by Congress (almost forced to sign by president Trump) for the Russians’ shenanigans?
