Democrats are probably as shocked as Republicans that Steve Bannon ostensibly believes the highest income people’s federal tax rate should be at 44% rather than at 39%, which may be the reason this became news, in order that the leftists will ease their opinion of Bannon who though actually may not favor the increase at all, just a PR ploy.
