Jeff Sessions promised the Senate during his confirmation hearing that he would recuse himself from any investigation into the crimes alleged against Hillary, the DNC, and the Clinton Foundation during the campaign in which he participated as a player on Team Trump, so for those to be looked into, Sessions will have to change his mind, if not then Ron Rosenstein would initiate the investigation at the request of Congress, and if not that so Sessions would have to go.
