Republican Senators should vote No on the repeal-only bill because passing the bill would give the Democrats an excuse to blame the Republicans for the Obama Care disaster during the 2018 midterm election season, and would come with no guarantee that the Congress down the road would have the stomach or the votes to follow through to provide a smart replacement. In fact it’s conceivable that president Trump would veto this bill in epic fashion, wanting the Democrats to fully own Obama Care until a suitable replacement is agreed upon by enough Republicans.
