If you listen to the skeptics saying all of the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, was written within about seven centuries’ time (circa 600 b. c. to circa 100 a. d.), you could be led to believe that the early portions of the Word surely must be inaccurate, mythological, made-up, but in Genesis where “these are the generations of . . . . (fill in the name)” is written regarding patriarchs, the meaning is these are the origins of . . . , the genesis of . . . , therefore the text preceding this colophon germane, not the text following, such that all except the six days of creation was eye-witnessed, only by Elohim the six days after which the Word says “these are the generations of the heavens and the earth.”
