Natalia Veselnitskaya, the Russian lawyer who met with Don Jr. in Trump Tower, was allowed into the United States without a visa under “extraordinary circumstances” to lobby against the Magnitsky Act in Congress, so why would she have been allowed into the country to lobby against a U. S. initiative, why would that be considered an extraordinary circumstance to allow in a Russian?
