The five-week-long “August recess” for Congress was begun before the advent of air conditioning, but predictably it was continued after AC was made available in D. C., yet now with president Trump and millions of rank-and-file Republicans pressuring them to come up with a solution for our healthcare system, they have decided to work through August like their constituents do!
