Elohim forces no one to accept Him, wanting only those realizing their fallen nature to embrace the Messiah Jesus Christ for salvation and forgiveness, so how can devout Muslims know that their family members, though professing Islam, really are not that, and what about their ancestors said all to have been Muslim, were some of them really born again but afraid to say so?
