The establishment Republicans’ disloyalty to the party was made obvious when Senator Pat Toomey recently said that no plans had been made in the Senate to repeal and replace Obama Care because they thought Hillary would win the election, so considering that the Republican Senators opposed Trump or campaigned tepidly for him, clearly it was their hope that Obama Care would stand.
