Although the Pope in his Pentecost declaration did not literally say that you must be born again to experience salvation, he did admonish Catholics to concentrate on the message of Jesus Christ (that one must be born again to see heaven) by evangelizing, instructed in the Word to be performed by the Body of Christ, the congregation of born again believers, not among whom are many if- not-most Catholics having not been taught that one must be born again by Spirit to be saved. And the Catholic church is actually battling against global evangelism by its stance that darwinism and the book of Genesis are compatible, which only a fool would say but for the pressure applied by the uniformitarians.
