If in reality the atmosphere is heated by human-caused factors in addition to that done when the sun temporarily increases its radiation, it doesn’t change the fact that a warmer atmosphere causes more evaporation off the ocean (and off lakes) creating more cloud cover to cool the atmosphere, this line of hydrologic not utilized by conservative politicians for unknown reasons except that it comports with the Bible, that the ocean warmer in the aftermath of Noah’s Flood was the engine for the Ice Age, therefore certainly what christian conservative politicians should be advocating!
