Energy costs in climate-change-fearing Europe are about twice the energy costs in the U. S., and now with the departure of the U. S. from the Paris Climate Accord, that disparity will increase, so you bet that at least Great Britain will consider leaving the Accord as well, perhaps member nations of the European Union too, in the realization that they are losing competitiveness.
