The Islamists of the world probably got a hoot out of Kathy Griffin’s stunt with her Trump head, so if all else fails career-wise for her in the U. S., the coffee shops of Raqqa, Mosul, Karachi, and Tehran would perhaps pay her very well for that brand of humor, but she might have to cover her face.
