Muslims gaze in wonder at the Lost City of Ubar in the sands of western Oman, the sites of the al Magar Civilization in parched western Saudi Arabia, and they contemplate the legend that the region around Riyadh was verdant for extensive agriculture long ago, yet they have no explanation for that climate change within the purview of Islamic literature while the Bible answers their questions, that the Ice Age was generated by the world ocean warmer in the aftermath of Noah’s Flood, the climate then much rainier, ended when the ocean had cooled to about today’s temperatures circa 1500 b. c.
