We are told that the continents are billions of years old, however, at current erosion rates, the ocean should have been filled full by sedimentation because of erosion within eighty million years, and the continents leveled to sea level by that erosion within fifteen million, these inconvenient truths for the uniformitarians who obviously thereby avoid such discussions.
