After Untied Airlines harmed its reputation by dragging off the passenger to make room for company personnel, on Capitol Hill yesterday during hearings about the airline industry, Southwest Airlines in a public relations coup announced that they will not overbook flights anymore, which will probably force the other airlines (certainly United?) to do the same.
