Some would agree that hair-flicking can be an irritating distraction, particularly where the design of the hairdo necessitates and/or gives the excuse for regular flicking of the frontal mane, so folks with that type of hairdo need consider the others, lest the flickers be asked whether it’s just muscle spasms.
