If the biblical names of the ancient nations in Genesis 10 such as Canaan, Elam, Asshur (Assyria), Gomer (Cimmerians), Tiras (Thrace), Javan (Ionians), Togarmah (Tocharians), Elisha (Hellenes), Sin (China), and Cham/Ham (Cambodia) were actually not of the family tree indicated in Genesis 10, then why do they fit so nicely, and who came up with those names if they were not men recorded in Genesis 10?
