About a mile off the coast of Anapa, Russia in the Black Sea submerged about a hundred feet down are megalithic structures (built during the Ice Age) built by the Pelasgians (progeny of Peleg see Genesis 10) which are nearly identical to the megalithic structures at Mycenae in Greece, and at Alatri in Italy, also in the Andes at Cusco high in the Andes, but by the navigating Pelasgians who used the “Pelasgian Finger” unit of measure (.6 modern inches) determined by the same means as to navigate, by the precession rate of the earth’s axis (see Page titled Great Pyramid for Navigation).
