That the CDC Changed Its Definition of Vaccine Proves the mRNA Shot is Not One Nor Hardly Therapeutic as Doing Damage

If the mRNA shots are vaccines, then why did the CDC change its definition of vaccine just so that the mRNA shots would fall within that rubric?
