CDC Recommends Ivermectin for Afghan Refugees so Trying to Kill Them by Horse Medicine or Saving Lives Not American?

Do you suppose Ivermectin is being recommended by CDC to be given to refugees from Asia, Africa, and Middle East, but not to Americans, to kill refugees or Americans?
