S. on Tuesday, in Philadelphia, to try to ward off the new and much needed election laws being passed in the states by strong-arming Democrat senator Joe Manchin to vote against the filibuster for the legislation to federalize the Constitutionally mandated formation of the election law by the states, not by the federal government.
