The U. S. Constitution says that the vice president shall certify the “duly elected” new president, duly which means having followed proper procedure, yet Mike Pence knew that proper procedure was not followed in the election of Smartmatic Joe Biden, thus his (Pence’s) failure to send the Electoral College votes back to the states for reevaluation was certainly a treacherous deed.
