Today (Wednesday) during his press conference in Geneva, president Putin spoke about territoriality of the seas using the metric of nautical miles, not the kilometers, because nautical mile measure is the ancient one by the precession rate of the earth’s axis (see Page titled Great Pyramid for Navigation).
