Supreme Court Rules Refugees in U. S. Have No Right to Stay so Why Others Claiming Economic Distress Not Same?

Today the U. S. Supreme Court unanimously ruled that refugees in the U. S. (from countries having suffered such as war or earthquake) are not entitled to stay in the U. S., so shouldn’t all of the illegal immigrants be included in that lot considering most of them have come to the U. S. for the money?
