Assuming Sleepy Joe actually thinks the U. S. can eventually depend on solar and wind power (phasing out the use of petroleum products), in the meantime why do you suppose he wants the U. S. dependent on Russian and Middle Eastern oil rather than U. S. oil production which president Trump had built to a level of national self-sufficiency?
